We provide more than just a list of materials, with a labor price. All of our estimates include a digital diagram showing the footprint of the property. You will receive an itemized estimate, with the prices for each product including the installation charges.

The property layout will include images of the products being quoted, along with arrows and markings showing window and door function and open/close direction.

Schedule a Quote
Contact us by phone or email and we will scedule a time and day to meet at your property.
Measurement and Consultation
Our project estimator will meet you on site to take measurements and discuss the window and door options.
Estimate with Property Layout Map
Receive a comprehensive estimate, along with a detaled layout map of your property. The layout map is noted with images and details, which prevents confusion and mistakes.
Finalize the Details
Make any final adjustments. Decide on window styles, how windows and doors open, or add any extras like Low E glass, extra thick glass or upgraded paint finish.
Agreement and Deposit
Signatures on the agreement and permit documents. The inital deposit is collected by our project estimator.
Final Measurements
Our project engineer will return to your property to take final exact measurements for the order, and complete an engineering diagram for the city permit.
Place Order and Wait
We will process the order with the window factory and wait for the materials to be produced and delivered. Approx 3-5 months in most cases, depending on what products are ordered.
Installation
Once the order arrives, we will call and schedule the installation with you. One of our expert installation crews will show up and install your new windows and doors. Most projects range from 1 to 3 days, depending on size.
Inspection & Final Payment
The final inspection with the city is scheduled. One of our installation team meets with the inspector on-site. Next is pass final inspection, collect the final payment and you can enjoy your new windows and doors!
